Simone Anderson shares her journey

This weekend a few Brands/Designers are getting together, and offering a weekend of not only fun but inspiration and shopping.  We all have brands that you can’t buy in the shops so it’s a wonderful opportunity to come and try on.

Friday the 21st September Simone Anderson is sharing her awesome story with us : from losing 95kg to where she is now and that has been quite some journey!  To book tickets for Simone’s Event, follow here, if you would like to pay just $75 and not the associated fees, I am happy to organise this for you, just message me.

At 6pm in Grey Lynn we kick start our evening (51 McKelvie St, Grey Lynn), we will be lead into a stretch class with Kelly from Mainly Dance Studios and then Simone will share her inspiration followed by Shopping time.

Shop Hudson is the organiser of our Event, myself with my 3 brands of unique Brazilian Activewear and Adashiko Collagen Products and Esalare Sleepwear and Lingerie will be there to Style you over a wine with our unique brands.

Mainly Dance Studios will be leading you into amazing fit classes throughout Saturday and Sunday. Start your day off right and feel great all day.

SATURDAY TIMETABLE

September 22nd at 10:00AM– Bootcamp with Kelly 45mins

This class is circuit based and will give you aspects of cardio, strength, flexibility and conditioning. It is 40 mins that will challenge you and get you closer to your fitness goals.

September 22nd at 11:00AM– Barre With Kelly 45mins

Booty Barre® Flex and Flow is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning with cardio vascular intervals to pump up your heart rate. Flex and Flow incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. The class is designed in specific sequences that build strength from static movements and flexibility from long, sweeping dance-based movements.

September 22nd at 12:00PM– Stretch Class with Kelly 30mins

This class will help you increase flexibility while taking time to condition your body and reduce the risk of injury. Stretching is important for anyone so this class is suitable for any fitness level.
